Doctor's prescription

Waiting for the message that will never come,
Checking mails, even the spams in them,
Listening to songs on repeat mode,
Going through FB quotes to get some hope.

Every hour feels like a day,
Every day feels like a year,
The laws of physics dont apply here,
I'm gettin used to now livin' this way.

Mother, I know I troubled you a lot,
Often left you for the people I knew not.
I hope I get a chance to amend my mistake,
You never know when it's too late.

What's right, what's wrong, it's hard to tell,
No wonder, more than once so hard I fell.
'You fall, you learn,' they say,
But what if I am just built this way?

Random thoughts, long walk,
Take the doctor's note, or hear the walls talk.
Sleepless nights or nightmares,
Whatever you choose you feel hollow,
Each of 'em is a bitter pill to swallow.

Snap out of it... wish it was that easy,
It gets to you even if you keep busy.
Feel trapped, like a guilty hiding a sin.
You want out anyhow,
So writing this piece of shit now...
